JOIN OUR TEAM

As a Paid Social Media Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of the day-to-day performance and execution of our paid social campaigns while actively shaping cross-channel growth. Partnering closely with our Creative, Analytics, and Growth teams, you will turn data into actionable optimisations and ensure our campaigns scale efficiently to inspire design lovers across Europe. You will thrive here if you are an ambitious self-starter with an eagle eye for detail, an instinct for high-impact creatives, and the confidence to drive channel performance autonomously from day one. This position is permanent and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own the end-to-end planning, launch, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, and emerging platforms with a relentless focus on conversion and full-funnel efficiency
  • Drive data-led performance improvements by monitoring core KPIs, running in-depth analyses, and proactively executing continuous optimisations across bidding, audiences, and placements
  • Shape strategic testing roadmaps by translating channel targets into actionable A/B experiments across creative formats, targeting, and structures, scaling proven wins across markets
  • Leverage AI and automation features alongside platform innovations to unlock incremental performance gains and streamline campaign workflows
  • Partner with internal creative teams to brief, review, and refine high-converting ad assets that strike the ideal balance between design-led aesthetics and direct-response performance
  • Deliver actionable reporting and strategic insights for cross-functional stakeholders, clearly communicating channel drivers, risks, and incremental scaling opportunities

YOU COME WITH

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience independently managing performance-focused paid social campaigns on Meta, Pinterest, or TikTok, ideally within an e-commerce or fast-paced agency environment
  • Strong analytical acumen with deep proficiency in core performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA) and a demonstrated ability to turn complex data into rapid optimisations
  • Proven operational expertise in campaign architecture, meticulous budget governance, and feed/creative tools (e.g. Smartly, dynamic product ads)
  • High creative sensibility with a sharp eye for visual excellence and the ability to articulate clear, performance-driven briefs
  • Autonomous, proactive mindset with uncompromising standards for accuracy, catching nuances before campaigns go live
  • Professional fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
