JOIN OUR TEAM
As a Senior Associate Brand Service, you will play an important coordinating and organisational role by supporting our Brand Buying team in their day-to-day operations. We are looking for a highly self-motivated, well-organised and detail-oriented individual who enjoys taking ownership and working independently. This position is permanent and based in Munich.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work closely with both the Brand Buying and Production teams on daily operational topics
- Prepare new product go-lives on our website by supporting the Brand Buying team in the selection process and gathering all necessary information and images from our brand partners
- Collect required data from brands to support our sustainability and compliance initiatives, utilising AI and automation where applicable
- Collaborate closely with specific partners on our non-permanent assortment by establishing contracts and ensuring a stable partnership
YOU COME WITH
- A degree in business, economics or a comparable field of study
- A self-motivated and proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to multitask with a detail-oriented and structured way of working
- The ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and brand partners, paired with very strong written and verbal communication skills
Good knowledge of Excel, and familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
